I can't seem to put the bootstrapper you provided into my games files. Everytime I try to i get an error 0x80004005: unspecified error any help would be nice

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I second this option, along with two other options missing/desired:

100% Item Drop Rate
Goddess Fruit currency editor and multiplier (It's similar to Cashnuts and the Celestia flowers, you get them from doing the Treasure Grove dungeons)

Add those and the table is basically perfect and not much else is needed, if at all. From then on, would simply need to do nothing more than maintain it if an update ever happens to break it. Or if a new expansion DLC comes out. The first game got an entire expansion, so I suspect this one will also get an expansion eventually.

In the hovered item, the "internal_name" is purely descriptive, the actual item ID is what matters. I'll try and make this clearer in the next table update.

To swap one item to another, you find the item internal name in my item list, and put that in "getNameStuff -> internal_name", and then enable the script to find the item ID. Then, you copy that found ID to the hovered item ID. We have to do it this way because the item IDs change every time the game is launched.
I'll try and include a guide in the next table update.

I am away at the moment so it'll be a few days before I can work on that, nor have I tested the latest update (for the same reason)

As for adding in DLC items, it's possible that it won't work - in the files these are marked with a "check if owned" flag. I won't stop you from trying, but obviously I won't provide any specifc support for it.
Also note that swapping an item to another won't change the skills - for instance, the flutter charm has 10% exp as a skill. If you want that, you'll have to change the skill ID too. It's the same procedure as above.

If I remember I'll add a "apply new name to ID" script next to the item internal_name entry. Perhaps that'll make things more intuitive.

As an alternative to Cheat Engine you can try my ue4ss mod attached here: viewtopic.php?p=409118#p409118 where I have a WIP inventory editor, basically the same thing as the Cheat Engine script but it automatically handles the name <-> id stuff

I've just updated the table, now I'm using a different and hopefully better way of getting the internal name, by adding a custom type. That way, you can edit it just like you would any other value, no need to use extra scripts, and the internal name + ID will update immediately.
This does require CE 7.5+.
Unfortunately, due to an oversight in CE itself, string based custom types can be defined via "Define new custom type (LUA)" but not in a script, so I can't automatically add the type and people will have to follow a (short) guide, which I have updated my original post to include: viewtopic.php?p=407765#p407765

So I added the fname type, but it still always tells me Err: FNameStringAlgo required. Is it because I need to run the getNameStuff script? Because that crashes CE when I try to run it. I'm guessing the problem is with FNamePool being undefined. Which is what getNameStuff is supposed to find?

Yes, getNameStuff is needed to populate the FName type. It does a lot more than just find FNamePool, though that's one of the more important bits.
Crashing CE is... interesting. What version are you using? How far does the lua get before the crash (if any lua runs at all)?
You can hardcode FNamePool using the "Manually set offset"- which has a dropdown for 1.2.1, then when running getNameStuff it should fill in FNamePool (i.e. for 1.2.1 the offset is BFD3340 and FNamePool will end up being NFL1-Win64-Shipping.exe+BFD3340 )
Does Debug / Backup -> Cake-san's UE Helper table, v7.3 hotfixed -> Unreal Engine also crash? (if it doesn't crash, it's probably my fault somewhere)

Excuse me, is there a way to modifiy weapons Skills the way you want?
Im trying to get the "inflict frostbite" on a Aged weapon but i cant find the value of it to modify it.

I did get it to work. I updated CE from 7.5 to 7.6 and now it works. Perhaps that is also where other people are having problems?

Thanks for the info. I'd love to say that'd be the reason, except I'm still using 7.5. Still, I'll add a suggestion that anyone crashing updates just in case it helps.

Hello.
I made a simple script.
Now you can craft without having to move left or right. Stand anywhere.
I just started playing today, so I might make more scripts in the future.

Question, would the item editor work for unlocking or making the preorder dlc ring that boosts xp by 10%?

search for skill 10% xp and then u can put it on all of your items set ...
