As of rn you are limited to the effects that can be changed.
In other words, some effects will end up with a "blank" effect slot ingame even if shown right inside the cheat table.
I already tried a run with full "blank"-slot relics and they did not work.
After exchanging the "blank"-slots with effects that show ingame the relics were usefull again.
My question, will there be a update soon?
(As a lot of people stated already, it seems that the effects of the type "Attacks inflict [STATUS] 0/+1/+2/+3" are the only ones currently not working!)
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

In other words, with effects you have not unlocked yet you will end up with a "blank" effect slot even if shown right inside the cheat table.
I already tried a run with "blank" relics, so effects i dont have "unlocked" already and they did not work.
After exchanging the effect-slots to effects i already have / had the relics were usefull again in the next run.
My question, will there be a "unlock all effects" feature?

I've had thousands bought and sold over time, so didnt experience that issue x) But guessing there is a flag somewhere then for each type. Probably stored in bit flags -.-
Hopefully someone can dig it up xD

Thats good then. I notice for example on Attacks cause blood loss doesnt have any "visual" value to it, just becomes empty. So those might be hiding under another type of ID, like some of the boss relic effects, the function is on the item name in the text dump, but visual uses the relic value x)
I guess there is quite a few in the list that is unable to be used afaik.

some pointers are wrong, so i think that's why we are getting blanks and no effects.
also, the name and effect aren't essentially matched. (different value for name and effect)
its noticeable because valid relics are showing mismatched lines or blanks. i have attached a few pics showing the mismatches
The visual part is mostly to help find the boss types. But yes, some relics do have weird mismatch with effect and whats shown as a visual value. I've seen same ID on visual between 3 different effects, so don't take that for granted:)
For example if you put the 10002 to use Fell Omen Fetish on something, the visual will automatically use the correct one based on the effect ID in slot 1.
Has anyone been able to get [8110100]Attacks Inflict Blood Loss to work? I've put it on and i was able to get all of my attacks to bleed which was cool. So I decided to put poison and rot so I could do all 3 statuses, but now nothing works.

The one you used is actually a effect you can get in a run i think. The ones starting with 7... wont work, as stated already.
For instance, do we know if relics can only roll certain stats in certain order or alongside certain other stats?
If I make a relic with Improved Bow Damage, Improved Attack When Equipped With 3 Bows, and +3 Dex, would that be legit?
