Thank you. Exactly what i was looking for . I cant quite get it working right though. I can get the item to upgrade by switching. But even if I immediately save and quit game, when I come back all of my items were upgraded, not just the one i switched and the one it replaced.
Did you untick it before saving and loading? because as they mention it works on load and in that case does everything you have
I unticked it, then saved. THen closed the game and cheat engine. Upon restart , all of my items are now legendary, not just the items I equiped and unequiped.
Have you made this work?
Thank you for the script, it worked as explained. I even didn't have to save and reload the game.
The items got immediately upgraded and when I left the character menus I got all the respective popup messages. I'm now at the point of no return so I do have a lot of items and I wanted to upgrade all items to 11/legendary anyway but I didn't see any items that I didn't equip being upgraded. My "common" and "Unique" items were not touched by the script.
Yet, all items of my companions got automatically upgraded to legendary/11 although I was not in their menus.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
Thank you for the script and I can confirm that shield and accessories such as belt, ring and neck does not work. Could someone please be so kind to update the item pointer to include shield and accessories. And please include the EA store app version of it. Thank you
Aren't you guys are losing enthusiasm for the game? After the cheats i was only able to play it like 2 hours.
Same thing happened with Remnant 2 either, i just couldn't play anymore after breaking the game mechanics due to heavy cheating.
I'm cheating in all games but if there is no randomness and creativity left in the mechanics it really is getting dull.
In "Last Epoch" there was too much fun but these two are really gotten dull right away.
Btw thx so much for the cheats.
YES this is what happens.. this is why I've learned not to use stupid cheats that make you invincible and be a god..no offense to those that like that. I've learned a long time ago this is what it does and it ruins the experience. I usually only use cheats if I want to mimic a new game plus or if something is in the game I don't agree with and I want to bypass it in some way or if I'm really stuck.

Yes, thats what happens. EVERYTHING you or your companions have equiped is modified, not just the item you swap.
I cant find a way to unequip items in game, so unless i want to be completely op this script is not really usable.
I'm hoping someone with more knowledge than me will be able to fix this script to only do a specific item.
So I realize it's probably impossible to change your faction mid-game, and would probably mess up a bunch of things right? But, can someone please make a pointer on changing the class? The reason is, I've been wasting entirely way too much time playing two separate playthroughs because I figured rogue is WAY more fun than the warrior to play, but the Veil Jumpers faction is honestly incredibly lame compared to Grey Wardens in terms of bearing on the in-game dialogues. So, considering I have about 10-ish hours on both characters and I definitely enjoy the rogue WAY more but Grey Wardens backgorund way more (and their bonus to darkspawn damage is actually more useful overall than the tiny bonus to crit/weakpoint dmg that the Veil Jumpers get, lol) I'd love to be able to change my Grey Warden character to a rogue (since I can't change my rogue to become a Grey Warden). Is it possible?
Anyone have pointers for companion skill points? I think I fucked up and got all my companions at max bonds level before they have any skill point, so at this point I'm fucked since I can't use script since they need a skill point to be used before the cheat to work
Have you ever managed to find a solution to this? Am in the same boat and 11 hours in. Both my Harding and Neve are at rank 10 with no skill points. I'd hate to reset the whole playthrough.

I regret to inform you that... grey wardens is no damn different lol I am grey warden mage and played through a lot and besides a biiit of familiarity dialogue you may as well not be one, at best it feels like you're an EX grey warden but you aren't but the backstory is you were ostracized (this is an excuse for their lazy writing and not making more variants to the story)
Lol, for real? I heard that they get a lot more interactivity and unique dialogue options, for one, I've seen the one where you can send the guy off to become a grey warden instead of leaving him or saving him (the early Veil Jumpers quest with the blighted village). Meanwhile, Veil Jumpers feel incredibly dumb, everyone pretty much ignores you and fawns over Bellara, your character doesn't ever really chip in with anything useful, and the overarching story, despite being connected to the damn elven gods, hasn't really come up once with anything background-specific during the first ten hours.

Yes you got to send him off to grey wardens but it really is no different to killing him, only thing is if you Spoiler
let him live then he gets a side quest because he turned later
I feel barely any unique dialogue options that isn't just same way to say something as regular option but more grey wardeny, the factions are all very empty and Davrin is the one who gets the gryphon and is treated like an actual warden
At most your interactions with first warden was him trying to kick you out of the wardens but when you go to weisshaupt I felt like I wasn't a warden as far as the other wardens were reacting and behaving towards me.. all you get is different words same outcome
Yeah :/ Aside from the asinine early dialogue with companions (it really does seem to get better after the tutorial phase, mind you!) my biggest issue is that just about every faction has someone who is inherently cooler/more badass than you. Wardens? Dude has a fucking gryphon. Mournwatch? Literal necromancer complete with a pet. Veil Jumpers? Savant tech lady with cool bow you can't get. Shadow Dragons? Lady that's literally the biggest legend of the people in Tevinter. Crows? I mean, how can you compete with Lucanis, but really?! And then there's Taash.. yeah, I mean, you cannot be LESS cool than Taash I guess, even tho there's the whole dragon-hunting thing. But even so, I heard that the LoF has the least background interactions, so fucking yay. I think I'll stick with my veil jumper rogue, lol, fucking hell.

I was lazy in my earlier script as I only used it once.
I tracked the code back and now created an updated "Last Item Equipped Pointer" where it covers ANY item and you choose how to update it.
I hope this helps. (Updated to accurately show for both Gear and Accessories as they are 2 separate references)
