They're not using Unreal Engine but their own proprietary engine, just like GOW, Death Stranding, Horizon, etc.

If you're in a hurry, the values are easy to find, find one material then explore the memory view and you'll find the other values close to each other, about technique points, it's kinda catchy, search for the TOTAL points you got (spent or not) but beware, it will be negative when you reopen the game but the techniques you unlocked will be still available.




I wouldn't mess with the technique points, wait for a table for that.
