This is the GOG version, maybe it could help someone in making a new one for Steam? There's also one for MGS1 GOG here

Or maybe those old tables are useless even when it comes to using it as a "shortcut" to update one for Steam, a big shame no one seems to have interest in doing any for the Steam releases so many days after its release.
