Atelier Meruru DX Time Cheat for 2023 year

zachillios made a cheat some time back but it doesn't work with the current Atelier Meruru DX on steam. so I was hoping someone would create one or correct his own version. I only need 2 simple cheats, 1 is to stop time, 2 is to stop exp gain (so characters won't be overleveled)

thanks for helping out, I finished both Rorona and Totori with cheat engines and it was great, had a lot of fun. hoping the same for meruru playthrough.
