You'll want to edit the DefaultStratagyTuning file to change training times.
What parts specifically need to be changed, as an example?
put the file in the directory mentioned
start game , load save - should be fine
if you have ongoing training -restart it
Those are just the \document\ versions not the DefaultStratagyTuning files, so they go into documents not root. I redownloaded your inis just to be sure.

So far, research 1 turn works, but I can't get specops/training to be 1 turn, I assume I need to modify the root instead.

I'm almost done with the campaign so maybe this doesn't even really matter, it's just annoying I can't get it to work is all.

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I checked just to be sure after copying the files+lauching the game 2 times without seeing the changes, and i noticed that the files in Documents were overwritten each time the game was launching and reverting to the values in the defaults.

The only way i could make work was then to change the values in the default files in the installation folder.

did you try making the files read only?

debug mode and cheats

you can use the "PowerUp" command to get a god-mode
look here how -->

To activate the console, you must first add the following as a command line parameter to XCOM :
-allowconsole
(if you add "-autodebug" too you can start a game with almost all items )
[Link]

Rightclick the XCOM 2 shortcut(on your desktop), select properties and add it at the end of the "Target"-field so that it looks something like this:
\XCOM xxxxxxxxxxxx\Binaries\Win64\XCom.exe" -allowconsole -autodebug

"""""""If using Steam, rightclick the game in your Library, select Properties and add it under "Set launch options".
(does not work for some people - so use method above)""""""""""

Open the console in-game using the ~ button (should be tilde button)

type Powerup , press enter - bäähm

edit: if you have trouble after enabeling console add this -noRedScreens (before -allowconsole)
should look like this \XCOM Chimera Squad\Binaries\Win64\xcom.exe" -noRedScreens -allowconsole -autodebug

usefull cheats :

giveMeTonsOfResources xxxxxxx

GiveFieldTeam x

PromoteAllMax

giveAllItems xxxx

BaseTrainingAgentLimit=3 opens more slots but only allows 1 training at a time. I edited the file myself, then compared with yours with notepad++ there is no difference. Other tweaks work, I set the files read only after editing.

Only played a bit of the beginning but breach mode is a meeeeh gimmick, covert beginning of missions in Xcom 2 is way better.

Is every encounter using breach mode? If so, I'd rather go back to Xcom WotC, its been a while anyway.

""""BaseTrainingAgentLimit=3 opens more slots but only allows 1 training at a time"""
yeah like it should ...
1 training for 1 person at one time
but you have (after researching the extra slot) 4 slots for 4 people
its not 4x training for 1 person .....

a little hint : you have to klick on an open spot for each one

Yeah I get how it should work but there are 3 slots atm but only 1 slot works, clicking on other slots and selecting a different soldier just replaces the first guy.

So has anyone found any console commands to modify the Unrest/Anarchy bars?
That's really my only real concern at the moment.

Hello, I'am New Here, I have a question
which character stats that i should change on the XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini?

this (The first one)
([XComAndroid X2CharacterTemplate]
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_HP]=8 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_ArmorMitigation]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_ArmorChance]=100 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Dodge]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Defense]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Mobility]=10 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Initiative]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Offense]=65 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_CritChance]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_FlankingCritChance]=33 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Will]=50 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_PsiOffense]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Hacking]=5 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_HackDefense]=0 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Strength]=40 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_UtilityItems]=1 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_SightRadius]=27 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_DetectionRadius]=9 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_BackpackSize]=3 ;XComAndroid
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_AlertLevel]=2 ;XComAndroid

or this the second?

[XComAndroid_Diff_0 X2CharacterTemplate]
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_HP]=10 ;XComAndroid_Diff_0
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Defense]=5 ;XComAndroid_Diff_0
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Offense]=75 ;XComAndroid_Diff_0
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_CritChance]=15 ;XComAndroid_Diff_0
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_FlankingCritChance]=40 ;XComAndroid_Diff_0
CharacterBaseStats[eStat_Will]=60 ;XComAndroid_Diff_0

whats the difference?

Pretty stupid game if you ask me, great example of how XCOM is gradually washed down to... not XCOM.
I guess they're at their wits end with milking this title. I had hoped to see Unreal Engine 4 at least, like Gearbox did with Borderlands 3. But nah, still milking the same ol' engine. Too bad, was really interested in breaking some stuff :D

The second array refers to Diff_0 - Difficulty 0 or Story difficulty by in-game options.
So the first array contains stats for XCOM Androids on every difficulty and second one only contains the changed values for Story difficulty, the rest are unchanged.

Apparently I'm using your tweak, and suddenly i got unlimited turn (Which is I really love it since I'am quite busy and want to quick play) whenever I move, Attack, reload and many more, didn't End the turn except for overwatch and pressing end turn above the screen.

Which ".ini" file that go Tweaked that make me go unlimited turn? and which parameter that you change? I really want to know

EDIT: NEVER MIND
It was Console God mode effect POWERUP

frivolousam with respect: seems that you dont know it... try again: first go to the citymap, then click a free place in the trainingssection and choose a char that you want to train, now your screen shoud automaticly go in the training-screen. choose one availible trainingoption and now you shoud see "start training". tada!

i repeat the first step, because this seems to be necessary!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST GO TO THE CITYMAP SCREEN!!! REALLY!!

Had bugs.... Always full health if used it.
put this between lblRankReader: and // Health
so you can always leave it on

Code: Select all

lblRankReader:
//cmp dword ptr [rcx+7c4], 0
cmp byte ptr [rcx+e6], 2 // check if player
mov eax,[rcx+00000108]     // original code
jne lblRankReaderRet // return if not player
// Health
Adding some twist

Code: Select all

label(isciv)
label(isenemy)
label(enemyweak)
label(isplayer)

lblRankReader:
  cmp byte ptr [rcx+e6], 2 // check if player
  mov eax,[rcx+00000108]     // original code
  je isplayer
  cmp byte ptr [rcx+e0], 20 // Android player
  je isplayer
  cmp byte ptr [rcx+e1], 2
  je isciv
isenemy:
   cmp dword ptr [rcx+OFFSET_HEALTH], (float)2.0
   jbe enemyweak
   mov dword ptr [rcx+OFFSET_HEALTH], (float)2.0 // make enemy weak
enemyweak:
   jmp lblRankReaderRet
isciv:
   mov dword ptr [rcx+OFFSET_HEALTH], (float)10.0 // make civilian strong
   jmp lblRankReaderRet
isplayer:
// Health
