It's written on first line, <?xml which is xml code . You can directly paste it into CE or paste in notepad then save it as .CT file.
Also ,don't quote a post there's too long lol.
Have you got a list of which item ID is which somewhere?
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Works fine for me, problem is on your end, or you're using a pirated copy, these tables are for the Steam release.

are you using win7 ?
I just tested on 2 PC win7/win10
some options is not work on win7
EX:Instant Teleporter Charge/Teleporter Pointers
when I using win10 it work fine

not sure if anyone was interested but found some values quite simply for the teleporter stacks

0:1x Regular Boss spawn
1.401298464E-45:2x Loot Regular Boss spawns
4.2038954e-45:3x Loot Regular Boss spawns
5.6051939e-45:4x Loot Elites Boss spawns
7.0064923e-45:5x Loot Elites Boss spawns
if you multiply the 1.401298464E-45 by a number you will get that many drops +1 per player if you host in multiplayer mode
after 3 it seems to ramp up the bosses to "elite" having much more health, damage, number of bosses and such.. granted I havent tested it thoroughly to find the max number allowed but i had noticed if ramped up too high bosses simply dont spawn

Yeah, the thing is that the "Shrine Bonus Stacks?" is supposed to be "byte" not "float",
so it would be like:

what would the method be to convert it to byte vs float be then? if you could assist I would likely just keep the float but add in the byte variant as well

Hey guys, the tables are working but sometimes i randomly have all my items converted into a few items of 2-3 and they are stacked up like crazy. Im assuming the table is causing this but i dont know why it does it. All i do for the table is modify the stat mod per level. When i do adjust the float of "Damage Mod" for example, i do LOCK it and adjust accordingly per stage. I do know that the Stats per Level reset on each stage, which is why i lock it in the first place. Could it be that or something with the script? I tried both versions of the table (Original Table, and The Updated table with the item list.) I know messing with the item list definitely caused this but this time i used the original table (without item list update), and it still caused this bug. Im doing these things without being host by the way.

also the bonus shard don't seem to work , my game crash evry time i tried it
