Since you cant go online with this trainer then I don't think their is a risk

so after i complete few missions and stuff with trainer, i can turn it off and go play online without getting banned?

Yep, once you copy the original EXE over then you can go online again

after switching exe file and opened the game (steam version) i chose no to go online and game crash

Make sure Steam is running Offline mode

Actually it does if you simply don't copy the .EXE to the folder.
