Hi,
I found no trainer that allows you to change ranking points or PS online, yet in the overall ranking there are very high values that demonstrate that these people have cheated
if someone to follow a track I am a taker

Yes, but you are not allowed to mention the game's name or post specific information about the game like screenshots or more than 10 lines of continuous ASM code (in short, yes, but you will most likely not get what you want).

As long as the certain script doesn't grief the gameplay of others, this is allowed. Keep in mind that, if at any given point in time, reports are issued (reports of grieving), the said table will be under review. Based on the outcome, the topic might get locked/table removed.
