Has anyone had a problem when you enter the city of w4, the screen just turns black and nothing happens? If so, how did you fix it?

Tesseract upgrade levels are stored in Arcane (don't ask me why, dumb lava coding). Not sure why you are worried - you can simply edit OLA index 383 to control the amount of prisma bubbles.

How do I view the arcane?

chromedebug
bEngine.getGameAttribute.h.Arcane
will give you an array size 100 which contains the upgrade level of all bonus from the Tesseract

Seems like the 'count' is kept somewhere else for reduction of drop rate of the prisms. It says '0' found, but still is 1 in xxxxk

Is there a way to reset your mats printed, which shows on the toolbox under account? Mine is high because I was using the Vman print talent with no cooldowns.

When using windwalker tempest form I cant progress to world 5 because the portal is glitched. please help

No purpose in enabling other than to remove it from being spammed as drop banner since there are no account-wide bonuses. Simply use drop command to get relevant items.

You have to drop the cape yourself (EquipmentGown4) and for the prisma bubbles you can check if you get them and otherwise give them to yourself.

Use the 'portal' command, this command releases all portals, move on to the next map, reuse the portal command, return to the previous map and see if it was successful in releasing the passage of this portal.

OptionsAccountList 324 - # of Cosmic Balls - you can also set the value of the upgrades in ArcadeUpg to 101

I don't have a list of golden ball index's, but you can just change the ones from the shop by setting your golden balls, OptionsListAccount 75: Golden balls amount, and buying them.
