There's one in the prologue dungeon, and you can buy one from one of the stores in the first town, or was it the shady merchant on the island near the starting beach? Can't quite remember. You can also find some as loot while questing, although I can't remember where I picked them up.
Once you get one, just edit quantities with the CE table.

If you go on Nexus and get the cheat console enabler mod, you can put in custom console commands, which also allows you to spawn specific items.
The command to spawn one Origin Potion is
give-item ItemTemplate_Alchemy_RespecPotion 1
Wait, doesn't that mod essentially do the same thing this table does? Cause judging from the pictures on the mod page...

Is there any way to add item via console without adding like ALL item but choosing specific items?
Grab the Cheat Console Enabler mod from the nexus, that mod adds a console screen similar to Skyrim. Once that screen is up type give-item followed by the name of the item you want to add, the console should then show you the full command, just click it and hit enter
Luckily the IDs are named very similarly to the actual item names, and often they're very well structured so it's easy to "filter" even if you're not quite sure what you're looking for. Item types and tiers are clearly defined, so you can just type that in and it'll shortlist it for you. "1H" for one handed, "2H" for two handed, "gem" for upgrade gems, "jewelry" for accessories like rings and amulets.
Just a tip, if the filtered list is longer than what can be presented on the screen, you can use TAB to move to the next item in the list, even if it is off-screen. Once you find something you want, you can just hit ENTER.
