How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Table is actualy partially works.
You just need to manualy kick off the lua scripts.
1. Start game, Load in to menu;
2. Open CE;
3. Attach to process;
4.Click 'Table' on the top;

5. Click 'Show cheat table Lua Script';

6. Click 'err' tab;

7. Click 'Execute script' at the bottom;

8. Do the same for tab 'preload';
9. Do the same for tab 'main';
...
Now you can try activate different scripts. I do it while game in the menu. Both set of scripts can be activated while in menu.

Most usefull scripts like no fuel consumption is working. But many dont

Fixed only storage create/delete product cheat as it enough for me.
Many thigs still work. Some crash, but overall table still works great

I updated cheat engine to 7.5 but i try using it just show

It's remarkable how much this table is still able to do, considering the version difference at this point.

If you're still looking for this table for use, or being hopeful for the update, i can whole-heatedly recommend the COI-Extended cheat mod in the mean time.
