I still haven't played very far. I will try to add some more things as I have time to play.
It's hard to know what is broken due to the game having quest issues, and what is broken from using CE. I had the Paladin quest to get the Dragonut (Cuna's Challenge) that required me to kill 5 lizards. I had this multiplier enabled and taking out two of them said the quest was completed. I turned the quest in to get the Dragonut, and she didn't give it. There is no quest indicator on my map, and I cannot progress as the story is now locked saying I need to talk to my Life Master, but she says there's nothing for me to report. Just wanted to give a warning in case this was due to the Quest Task Multiplier and not the game itself being buggy.
EDIT: This does bug any main quest item. Only use this for side quests or you will have to start the game over.
Are you sure it's the code doing that? The game is actually bugged. See my post here:
I can't attach the process it says "failed opening process, likely due to lack of admin rights" when i launch CE as admin, the table is empty and there is nothing. Any help would be appreciated
I had a similar error recently, while I was still on version 7.5 of CE. Uninstalling and deleting any leftovers, then downloading and installing the new version (CE 7.6) fixed it for me, personally.
There might be other fixes than what I mentioned, but that is what worked for me.
since the drop rate in the game is abysmally low can we get a 100% item/material drop rate cheat, please? someone made a similar cheat for the first fantasy life.
and maybe a cheat for infinite skill points maybe? thank you.

sorry, but I am not interested in paid apps like cheat evolution. i would rather see the option in mr. dummer's table, along with the item drop rate cheat. my request still stands.

I don't want the quest task multiplier cheat being removed if you happened to give an incorrect report. That cheat is very handy and useful.
Maybe a good compromise is simply to have DrummerIX state a similar version of what you wrote:
"May bug main quests, only keep this on or change it during side-quests, otherwise revert it to the default value of 1."
I'm as sure as I can be. I restarted the game, and with the multiplier enabled (e.g. set to something greater than 1) I couldn't get past the part where you talk to everyone on the boat. I restarted the game again, and without this enabled I had no issues. That seems pretty conclusive to me, but if someone else wants to give it a go and risk having to start their game over from scratch, more power to them.
To be clear, I wasn't saying that the option should be removed. I only mentioned it as a warning. As you said, it is extremely useful for the side quests.
anyone have any suggestions for adjusting bulletin board value/completing tasks? some friends had a few glitch out (they do not even use cheats) and they show them as complete (ex: 10/10 or 3/3) but are still there as if they are not complete. they have finished more of the requirements and still nothing
In what little I played, they don't come off the list until reported to the master/person requesting I think. Is that it?
No, it's an actual bug in the game, regardless of whether you cheat or not. There's a ton of people on Steam and Reddit who don't cheat and are reporting this bug in large numbers. Here's some example threads on the bug:
yeah, just to clarify I know it is not from doing stuff like this (as I said, friends who do not use any have the issue), was just hoping there could be a cheat to help those currently stuck until there is an official fix
but yeah 100% echo the would love a drop rate increase because some of these drop rates really suck

Thanks for the table, hope you come on soon to do an update!
I have a question regarding the item gain multiplier cheat:
Would it also multiply gained quest items? In this case it could crash somtime if a lot of different quest items would be kept in thge inventory.
I didn't have much time to play today, but I did a few things to the table:
I fixed Infinite HP affecting boxes.
I fixed Quest Task Multiplier from causing issues with main quests (it only multiplies life quests now)
I added the following options:
[*]Infinite Skill Points (Doesn't Save, Must Turn On All The Time If You Use This)
[*]Skill Cost Multiplier (Doesn't Save, Must Turn On All The Time If You Use This)
