Unfortunately, it needs a minor update.
Tested on v1.03
The AP cheat works.
The heart cheat does not work.
The build essence cheat does not work. It changes the value displayed, not the actual amount. So, while it looks like the player has 1,250 or whatever essence, as far as the game is concerned they have whatever amount they started with.
In the meantime, players can do the following for essence: Complete level 1. Search 4 byte value for exact essence count. Build or move a room. Search for new value (with compare to first search option ticked). It should show up pretty rapidly in a small set of numbers (I think I had four results, or so). Add all the results to your list, then carry on to the next stage and kill or drain a human and see which values have updated to the correct amount. Modify those as desired by simply changing the value shown. Build to your heart's content.
