I'm on ubi+ too and none of the typical steps (removing all saves, reinstall, etc.) fixed it for me. Going offline also doesn't work due to ubi+. What worked for me was to use a VPN with a firewall. This way I connect to get whatever needed to run the launcher, but whatever check that happens at 93% was blocked so I managed to get into the game. Give that a try.

I found it once, set it to right before the next level (19) (since each is 10, until you get to rank 3 -> 4 then it's 15 each.)
I tried again once I reached level 2 rank, and then could never find it again. It must jump around alot and I just got lucky that one time. It also probably jumps anytime you fast travel, or bring up that in between loading screen.

Yes, so basically what worked for me was to give internet access to the launcher before once it's loading the game, but block it before it gets to 93%. Vpn with a firewall did it for me cause I could quickly turn it on and off. But I think you should be able to manually do that as well. Make sure there's connection so the game launches, but block access before it gets to 93%. Sorry if the explanation is a bit vague, hopefully it works for you .

You should always backup your saves before using any cheats, there is a risk of save game corruption and it is a good practice so in rare occasions when save game issues happen, you can revert back to an earlier save.
That said, I still haven’t experienced any of the corruption issues despite abusing the option. The consumable options is the main culprit it appears, I haven’t removed it just because it’s not causing issues for everyone (including me despite my utmost tries) but I will include a note or maybe remove it.
There was no need for the colorful language (seems like moderators edited your post and removed the cursing) this exact same issue has happened to other cheat makers as well which clearly shows that it’s an issue of the game being badly coded ( a simple error/unexpected value checking is missing) rather than cheat makers making “garbage” tables but that’s Ubisoft for you, lazy game making.
A small update to the table is planned, perhaps that might help some users.
For anyone searching for a knowledge points cheat, I was able to find it like any other value, searching for the 4 bit value and changing the values once its filtered. I was able to get it down to like 20 values after collecting 2 knowledge points and changed the values and it worked. I am now at max knowledge rank and can unlock most of the skills.
