I haven't had much time today to play, but I updated a few things. I fixed Infinite Items to work on items in your bag now and also added the following pointers for Suikoden II.
I haven't cracked open the game yet, but i noticed its built in Unity IL2CPP; Is the game entirely coded in c#? or did they just make an emulator like thing around some native code?
Suikoden II Infinite Items still doesn't work. Can't activate the "Activate Trainer 4 (Control Infinite Items). The script message was <<Error in line 37 (mov r15b,[r14+11]) :This instructions can't be compiled>>
I worked on Suikoden II options this afternoon. Not everything listed is working (mainly the Infinite Rune Use and Character Pointers), but I believe everything else is working at the moment.

They recoded it in c#. ID's carried over from the original games, but structure wise, it's totally different than ps1 or psp versions.
Which version of the game are you all playing for those that get Activate Trainer errors? This table was made for the legit Steam version and I am using CE 7.4.3 and things are working when playing on Windows 11 version. CE 7.6 gave me an mono error, but then activated also.

Steam Version haven't got any update
I use the newest Cheat engine 7.6
When activated sometime it's say cannot find aob but sometimes it work without error

Open Cheat Engine.
Go to "Table" > "Show Cheat Table Lua Script" from the top menu.
A Lua script window will appear where you can write or load scripts.
To run the script, click "Execute Script" or press Ctrl + L to open the Lua engine directly.
Run as Admin CE 7.6 and see if that fixes trouble.
I remember when i launched CE 7.6 2nd time i got some errors so i ticked run as admin in the settings of CE or just use windows admin and the problems went away for at least S1 table.
