I haven't tested it further,. For crafts, I think you don't need to do it again for most characters except if you restart character's level or start new game +. For party composition, it depends on events/chapters.

Thanks, I will have to look into this, because switching members doesnt bother me that much but fixing the crafts is kinda a pain.

There is setting in CE that you need to set. Either Ask to Run LUA or Always Run LUA code. The table won't work right when you have that to not run LUA code. I set mine to Ask and say Yes when loading up the table to run the code.
I'm surprised this table don't have an equipment editor like the first game table has...
Is there any possibility this becomes a thing? I was also looking for an equipment editor to change my characters costumes slots into accesories like in the table for CS 1 but I realized it's missing
