How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

basically getting an error about a Lua Script not properly synchronizing it's GUI access code

killing the script just does nothing with the table, ignoring gives a library error about a MDCShuttingdown not being found

No, you've updated Cheat Engine to 7.6. The error should be fixed now, but 7.6 has other problems as well.

Weirldy, after the Parallel Event starting, all those characters I mentioned not being opened after using the script are now unlocekd. Strange.
The point about characters being "re-locked" still stands. If you use the "Unlock All buyable Rewards and Girls" script, close and reopen the game or go to the Parallel Event, script-opened characters become closed again.

Since I don't play the game, I don't really understand what is locked behind which mechanic and when which Girl or Item should be unlocked.

my bad. I think I was getting a different kind of error with an older version of CE, so I thought I had to update since the table wasn't running at all before.

everything's working out now though so I guess that's fine? at least, i'm not having any noticeable issues

2. Going in and out of the Parallel Event didn't cause anything to disappear. Everything stayed as before, both girls and DLCs.
3. Soft resetting didn't lock any of the "script" characters.
4. Reloading the save didn't affect the state of the girls or DLCs.

Sidenote: After booting up the game I received a lot of messages about participating various Parallel Events (and got the achievements for each of them). That said, not every girl (namely, Nightingale, Grace, Desdemona, Abby, Shelly, Karyn, Myro, Aurora, Ginger & Wasabi) from those events was unlocked. Using the "Unlock All Girls" function from "Girls Component Pointer" did not solve this.

I activated the "unlock all buyable rewards and girls" and i'm still missing the last two girls. I'm using both the newest version of the table and cheat engine. I even activated the table and the script in Crush Crush Configuration menu, before starting the game itself and it still doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't know what are all the unlock criteria the game is using and I have hard time testing it. Karyn and Myro for example are unlocked for me, but not Aurora and Ginger & Wasabi.
Some girls are just locked behind players progress or story and you need to progress with others girls to unlock them.
I don't want to skip player's progress, only to unlock stuff that you would have to pay for. But since I don't play the game I don't know the details.

The whole "Girls Component Pointer" and scripts beneath it are experimental scripts, I think I just forget to remove them from release.

It doesn't need the latest Cheat Engine, having at least the version 7.4 should be enough.
And no, no feature will be able to unlock things that you have to buy permanently, because the game check if you bought the characters and reset them, if it's not patched.
Follow the guide in first post, activate the unlock script in Crush Crush launcher and keep it enabled, then it shouldn't relock girls.
