As I understand it, gentools has its own inbuilt anti cheat. You need to change the scripts and replace any "game.dat" you see to Generals.exe as well for the script cheats (instant upgrade, Money modifier, Instant cooldown, etc.) to work. Just right click the script cheat and click "Change Script" to edit them.
The value ones did want to read, at least.
How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
