How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

It's just a guess, but I think the way it works is by maximizing players certain role in that certain position. For example, your entire team is being trained in certain role and certain position, and then you can use them based on the way you train them (Open Training Tab). If you train them as DM (Su), then you need to play them as DM (Su). By doing so, it will give them maximum familiarity based on their training and will also be shown in Tactic > Familiarity.

I am running W11 x64, and it works. Make sure you are running Cheat Engine 7.5 for this table to work.
You may need to reset your settings as they could be causing CE table to stop working correctly. You can easily do that by going to your CE install location and run the file ceregreset.exe. Also, ensure you are running CE as admin and that your antivirus has this location set in the exclusion list - your AV may have removed a file if you didn't do this, and you'd also have to reinstall CE again.
If, despite all of those checks, you continue to have issues, you are best served by asking about issues you are experiencing on the CE forum about the app [Link].
it doesnt work every time i do everything correct it says setting up then it crashes like 2 seconds later idk how to fix iv reinstalled fm and the script and it just crashes
my table on Cheat Engine 7.6 closes When pressed run table
V7.6 just came out on January 20th 2025 for Patreons, and tdg6661 already said he'd only support the public CE's. Note that 7.6 was close to being public, but they had issues to fix.
The general rule with tables is to use the CE version the table maker recommends, which is 7.5
