yeah i cant really influence that, the only thing i am changing in the manager when updates come out is changing the version number(ofc except when i fix bugs in manager). you are free to look at the manager .exe in tools like dnSpy to see what it does. The only web connection this has is when you press the Check for Updates button which just visits a website to check.

and if you want to be extra safe you can place/replace mods in your gamefiles by hand without using the manager .exe

someone get all the girl and post the picture of villa and it have more girl

About the difference between Steam and Nutaku... The developers had to remove some of the girls from Steam because they cited copyright infringement, like the girls from StarWars,The Boys, and Marvel, I think...I don't know who else was violating it. Although if I remember there were also references to Game of Thrones and Alice in Wonderland... they seem to have been removed too...That's why the Nutaku version has all the girls.
