First, you need to progress to the point where you meet the herbalist's daughter. That’s when the game unlocks perks.
After that, you can simply set your skill EXP to 3,000,000 in the skills, save, and reload. That’s it!
However, if you're using the Non-Exclusive Perks mod, you might not have enough perk points. In that case, you can use a trainer from other guy, which lets you assign a custom number of perk points to all skills.

Hello I used the cheat table to safe me from a food poisoning with the infinite health modifier. but since then im not able to get any damage any more. has somebody a idea how to fix it. i noticed it vary late so i cant just load a previous safe.
