Ok so with the craftsmen, in order to fix it you need to set your level down, craft something that gives XP at whatever level you were when you were activated the craftsmen cheat, which unlocks the locked items, then set your xp the next level, save the game, load the game, and you should be able to level yourself up using this method over and over. Looks like I've fixed my save. You should remove that craftsmen cheat for now because it breaks the craftsman system.
exact same problem here. It might be a silly question but how did you set the craftmanship level down?
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Inside the craftsmanship script. You can change the XP there.

Double click on the "<script>" part for the max craftmanship lvl in the table. Inside the code you'll see a part that says: "mov [rax+00000108],#9999"
Change the 9999 to represent your current total craftman xp, so if you wanted to be 1 away from level 5 or 6 you'd set it to 349. Then hit OK, untick the box for the max craftsman lvl, and retick it and you'll see it change. When you're levelling up by crafting you'll want to keep it unticked or it'll send you back to the previous level.
You'll have to trial and error it; I recommend looking at which potion you have unlocked and googling "FF7 Rebirth Potion craft level" with whatever tier of potion is the latest you have unlocked and basing where you start on that. For me it was the hi-potion so I started at 349, levelled up, set my xp in the script section to 9999, reticked the box saved my game, loaded it, then changed the script to 449 instead of 9999, reticked the box and then unticked it again at which point I could now craft my level 10 recipe while technically at level 5 or 6, which got me the level I needed to where I was now unlocking new recipes, and then I just kept doing -1 to whatever the next level was until I hit 17 by going level by level. This is how you fix your save if you borked it like me, and want to unlock all the recipes.

Thanks mate. I've been stuck on this problem for hours, and your method truly saved my save file.
Yep, guess I am completely screwed....Awesome...not that CH 4 took super long to get to.. I mean...only 23 hours right?...The craftsmen level thing really screwed me. Thinking it would unlock the rest of the recipes when I used the cheat, I made all the recipes I had at level 1, and now I have nothing left to make even if I edit the script to bring me back down, I changed it to 100 and it put me at level 3, and I have two things I can make in the equipment section, however...surprise.. I can't make them because you can't buy copper bracers or woodsprite armlets, so I can't make the upgraded versions to fix the issue. This might of just ruined the whole game for me I really don't feel like 100%'ing the grasslands again before moving on to Junon. Does anyone happen to have a fix or solution? Would really appreciate it. I really thought for some reason the recipes were just progress locked or something...

I'm confused. You said you have 2 things to make. I assume you mean you can still get EXP from transmuting an enhanced copper bracer/woodsprite armlet for the first time, can't you just transmute a regular copper bracer and then enhance it? You can transmute items as much as you want, provided you have the materials, you just only get EXP the first time you transmute an item, but you can still transmute as many times as you want. Also, no, your game is not ruined. I am sure there are flags that can be unset, but as far as my expertise goes, I can't help, but I can tell you that it is possible to fix things, provided the right expert can help.
Also, there is a table on another thread that has an armor editor. You can buy some basic armor from a shop and then change it to copper bracer/woodsprite armlet and enhance it, but again, I don't see why you can't just go in and transmute another copper bracer/woodsprite armlet and then enhance it. Don't lose hope, bud. I'm confident there is a solution.

Nope, you have to make copper bracers yourself (unless I am mistaken?), and for some reason i don't have them available to make, only the enhanced versions. I actually really appreciate you responding to my comment. I also appreciate the advice.
I only had one item that would give me XP, I was lucky but I almost "lost" my save due to this feature so yeah guys, don't use it, if you plan using it, adjust the XP manually.
v3.1
removed Max Craftmanship Lvl
added: Craftmanship XP Gain
edit the script and change the value to missing xp you need for the next level then activate and craft something you would get xp from. Deactivate the script and repeat.
