How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

seems like no one did it but here is an instant charge for the weed dlc cause why waste your time for hours growing one weed plant

How do I use this to fix a district? I was messing with my electronics quantity and accidentally set it so that Alma Diaz is 39/39 instead of XXX/50000 and have been trying for hours to fix it and I simply cannot. Please somebody help me its the River Row Smuggling Racket District.
