Use the "negative" cheat for Promoting Girls, it will allow the game to load and for you to Promote over-leveled Girls back down.(Only works if your issue is "having over-leveled Girls", if you fucked up other values as well it obviously wont work.)
Use the villa.exe, it should be pretty self explanatory. Cheatengine is not used here.
(0. If it cant detect your game folder, a button will appear to manually set the game folder)
1. Backup Original File
2. Choose wanted Mod in the dropdown list
3. Load Selected Mod
4. Start Game
5. Promote Girls in game to correct level
6. Close Game
7. Unload Mod
8. Start Game again to check

whatever you downloaded from those ads on the hoster site, its not what you should have downloaded.

While i may not keep up with the version numbering in the thread here, the manager itself would not let you "Backup Original File" if a game update would had broken the cheats. Since it still lets you Backup when using the newest game version, cheats still work.
