Alright, I took the table ycbalabala posted in that thread and used it to find the offsets for a bit more items.

Added Day and Weekday
Added Imouto Alertness, Current Night Orgasms, Sexual Frustration (not sure what it's for though), Awkwardness, a drop-down for the current week's policy, and Woke Up (granted it doesn't really do anything except change to 1 if you wake her up, changing it back to 0 does nothing)
Added Onii-chan Injured, Current Night Orgasms, and Mood drop-down
Added Daily Activities such as Had Bath, Had Tea, Used Sleep Tea, and Used Toilet
Added Guild Rep; Kana's EX: Quick Attack; Kana, Yui, & Kasumi Favors; and Added Kana, Yui, & Kasumi Levels
Added stats for sexual activities such as number of times orgasmed per location
Moved around some of the items based on how often I personally change or lock them

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
