Sadly it's not working properly anymore.

I suggest to be more precise, which version you are using (Steam/GOG) and which scripts aren't working. So far I used the latest regular GOG-Version (not the definitive edition) and the scripts I used worked like a charm. Yet this table has so many scripts and values in it, I didn't try them all.
My version is v3.7.0.1280 GOG and there are problems with base deflection, base fortitude etc. It's weird but I can change them but after quickload it change back to old values :/ . Can you help me with that?

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

The table works perfectly on nearly every level. Just character creation/lvl up seems a bit messy.
My problem is that I cannot seem to get the base values of my companions saved. I can change them via the CT, they also stick through the whole session, but as soon as I restart any saved game, the base values are being restored.

Anybody any ideas as to how to fix that?

Any help would be much appreciated!

As an additional note: It does save the values of my MC without any problem.

There was one patch in the past which made it so that the companion stats are always reloaded from base files whenever the save is loaded. Since then modding of companion stats is pretty much pointless, and that part of the table didn't get updated either. So you either gotta simply use the companions as they are and make it so that your MC is tough enough to survive things, or find on Internet files or guides which tell how to modify companion base stats files. Although those may be outdated somewhat as well.

Pillars of Eternity (2017-02-06)

Post by Lord Blade »

I've got the Definitive Edition from GoG (which as far as I can tell is just all the separate components as I had to install the base game and DLC stuff individually anyway).

But my version is showing as v3.7.0.1280 PX1 PX2 PX4 (that's what's in the bottom left).

Do any of the tables work with that? Or do we need another update?

I was basically hoping to do a full "perfect" run before the second game comes out so I could import my save.

Just want to point out- this still works with the latest release, at least for editing MC stats. You have to activate the Player Base Address Scan Initialization, then activate 'Player Base Address Scan' and open your character sheet, then change 'Player Update Base Address?' to 1 and activate it, then go into Player Stats and do what you want.

Changing the 'PUBA?' to 1 and activating it was the step I initially missed, but I've since done the 'decrease your level in the table and then level up again in-game to pick additional spells' trick and am right as rain.
Hope this helps.

I don't suppose anyone would be able to adjust this table for the latest update?

Simple table for Pillars of Eternity, may or may not work. Game generates code at runtime so table has a high chance of not working / detecting the wrong code / crashing.

Usage info:
Scripts with "To Activate: XXX" can only be activated (put an "X" into the box) after doing action XXX.
Scripts with "To Update: XXX" will only update their effect after doing action XXX.
Addresses with "XXX?" will enable the script effect XXX when 1 is put into the Value.

In general:
A. Do action YYY.
B. Activate (put an X) the "Initialization (Activate This First)" script.
C. Activate (put an X) the "Base Address Scan (To Activate: YYY, To Update: ZZZ)" script.
D. Enable (put a 1) the desired effect. Example: "Set Health to Max?" address.
E. Do action ZZZ.

V1004
1. Health.
"Party Set to Undetectable / Untargetable?" sets Party to be undetectable / untargetable, even when stealing.
"Timers Set to 0?" Some people have been asking about spell cooldowns, this option should already set spells cooldowns to 0.

In case it's not obvious, the base stats after character creation can also already be modified here "Health Stats -> m_stats". Look for "BaseMight" etc.
Some of the other interesting things that can be modfied.
- AttackSpeedMultiplier.
- BonusWeaponSets.

Allows the following to be modfied. Save changes in-game to make permanent.

2. PlayerInventory.
"Currency and Supplies Set to Massive?" sets Currency and Supplies to massive.

3. InventoryItem.
"Quantity Set to Max Stack?" sets quantity to max stack quantities. Probably shouldn't enable for Stash Items which aren't limited by max stack quantities.

Allows the following to be modfied.
- Exp.

- Class.
- Many more.

Ability / Talent points are tied to the level progression table. To get multiple abilities / talents, simply lower the level and re-levelup in-game. Getting multiple class abilities is done the same way, simply change the class, lower the level, and re-levelup in-game.

Ranger players with animal companions may have issues updating the player base address in the character screen (the animal companion is always selected instead). Workaround is to select the player portrait outside the character screen.

4. Health.
"Health & Stamina Set to 9999?" sets party members Health & Stamina to 9999. (effectively Godmode).

V1000
1. Game version Beta V257. For most stuff, put a 1 into Value to Enable.

2. Character Stats.
Allow Character Stats to be modfied.
A. View then leave Character Stats.
B. Activate "Character Stats Base Address Scan Initialization (Activate This First)".
C. Enable "Character Stats Update Base Address? (0 = No, 1 = Yes)".
D. Select Character.
E. View Character Stats again.
F. Do modifications before leaving Character Stats.

3. Currency.
"Currency Set to 9999999? (0 = No, 1 = Yes)" will set Currency to 9999999 each time Inventory is viewed.

4. Camping Supplies.
"Camping Supplies Set to 9999? (0 = No, 1 = Yes)" will set Camping Supplies to 9999 each time Inventory is viewed.
Would it be possible for this table to be updated? It's one of the most expansive tables for this game, and since Pillars of Eternity has received a massive update after 7 years, the old tables no longer work.

Never mind. Ignore this response. Didn't realize I was replying to a comment on Page 1 of this thread. Can't delete the comment either.
