This doesn't work anymore on Steam versions or GOG versions of the game.
Did you download the table in the OP or from my post here? I updated the table at the start of the year to work with the current steam version and I doublechecked just now and it still works.
Edit: I saw your post in the other thread. I never really bothered with "God Mode" scripts in the Ys games as the games use multiple different calculations for different dmg sources so you need a somewhat elaborate script mostly.
Two ways you can go about being virtually unkillable with this table is to set the "Equipped Accessory Modifier" to "Spirit Necklace [Yunica]" (can use it on all characters in the game, but only Yunica can get/equip it legitimately) and freeze the value so you'll always have the spirit necklace reviving you when your HP reaches 0. The other way is to freeze the Current HP value, which will still go down in-game, but any time you move to a different room or use a skill it will go back to the value you froze the HP at.

Simply by checking the checkbox next to the option. Like below:
This works for all options (such as checking the box for the Current HP option). The only difference between options that are scripts and this is that a script has a predetermined value/function, while these options let you choose whichever option/value suits you.
Can someone help me, what numbers do I put to get max def, max mana and max hp (or infinity idk lol), I don't really understand how to use this CE (I'm a newbie hahahhaha) if someone can help me on how to enable the functions etc.

First, make sure you grab the table from this post as it's the only one that works with the latest version of the game. (Steam)
The table doesn't have max values for stats. You can freeze current HP and MP values by checking the box next to the option in the Misc section. It will keep the value at the number you see in CE, thus making it "infinite".
As for defense, there's debug armor and boots in the game that grants +999 DEF which you can equip using the Equipped Armor Modifier/Equipped Boots Modifier in the Equipment section of the table, just select +999 DEF from the dropdown menu of either option.
How to use this cheat table?
1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values.
