Death Stranding Director's Cut v1.4.1874 Xbox / Gamepass Cheat Table

Hi all,

New here and i wanted to start off by uploading something i've been working on today as i've not been able to find anything out there that works at all for my version of the game.

Fully working with Xbox / Gamepass PC version 1.4.1874 (As shown in the Xbox app > Manage > Game version. Title screen will show as 1.004)

Made in Cheat Engine 7.5.

Make sure to disable auto sign-in on startup from the games settings menu first. Don't use whilst in online mode.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

as of 2025, most of the table works great! seems like infinite grenades does not seem to activate or be a part of the infinite items function. infact, im not sure if the infinite items function works at all, there's no error but also zero notable function relative. ammo/reload works fine! except for the sticky gun, ammo depletes like normal/just like grenades. ladder/climbing anchor/pcc/container repair spray, all of these operate normally and are not infinite regardless of what script is selected

it also appears the terminal material editing only works at designated safehouses from the lore. not player made safe houses

also... what's PTR do? i can't figure out what it even means. it's under the terminal settings on top of all other materials. no idea what value at shelters could possibly mean PTR
