is there anyway to mass complete quests with characters i don't want to do quests for? I know we have a cheat in the table to complete all star path duties, is there a way to make something similar for quests?

No. You can, however craft there rewards if you so choose... though I'd always be careful and back up your save.

Possibly under a different name? I am in the process of fixing the broken cheats so I haven't had a chance to look further into the items. Everything should be there though, my script dumps the item database from the game while it is running. It would be unusual for some random items to not be included.
