When searching for the number of items (not weapons or armor [items]), set the number to 8 bytes, use one, and repeat the search to get a hit.
In the case of species, it should be easy to find out because they are grouped at a close address.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I fixed the issue I found where HeroCannotDie did not work in previous tables. Now with the option on, your party will take hits until the hit will kill them and then GodMode should activate which keeps them alive.

As far as ids, it does appear to be the same upon booting up, but they appear to be different for each person. My value for Vamp does stay the same, but it is not what others have posted it is for them. Seems like a weird way the engine is doing to determine values for the id, but I think that is how it is working. This is the reason the shop item option is not working I think. I might be able to research pulling some info from memory, but I've been playing the game instead of hacking.
It seems that the item IDs fluctuate, so I have modified it so that we can check that.

I didn't know mildsevenX was doing further research, but I came up with a solution based on the item id list they provided. I think this will work for everyone. You view Aliahan's shop, then you can change the drop down on the pointer to an item you want and then hit buy. Thanks to mildsevenX for all the work they did with the item list initially.

After some further testing, the new Shop Item 1 Modifier needed some tweaks to get it to always work correctly for me. I hope this works well for everyone. Please let me know if it doesn't.
Any idea why the Cat Suit can't be purchased with the store cheat in Aliahan? I open the store, then select Cat Suit, but there's no option to buy like with other items.

I tried fixing Cat Suit as it is a drop from some enemies. The Option 2 I put in works for me in Steam now, but not in Windows Store. I'm not that far along in my Windows Store save file to find it there.

I guess some items are different from the others in how to determine their ids. For Cat Suit, it's a drop from the cat like enemies near Asham if you want to get it that way.
