How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

not really "without playing", but you can do the following with the table I posted:
Start a game with the character you want to level up ...
Go to "Ingame Player Stats -> Resources -> Prestige" and simply set the desired value.
Prestige is the XP you get after the round, so you can end the round straight away (give up) and your character will get all the XP ...
This way you can collect several thousand levels in a 1 minute round

I'm changing values on the CT but it does not take effect, it just changes the numbers for example I want +900% pick up range, it does change the number but no effect. Or am I missing something, perhaps need update? I'm on 16c5

Yes, I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, the values in the table aren't constantly refreshed, but rather saved.
To make this change effective, you have to get and select the upgrade (level doesn't matter!).
As far as I know, this applies to:
- Dash
- Pickup range
- Movement speed

There could be more, but for those, it's 100%.
And no, the table does not need an update and still works in 16c5
