Only way I know of to instant-complete AACs is to downgrade the game and use Dakilla's table for all training skills unlocked and let that run for a couple days, I've been unable to find the AoB codes for Training, still can't find the AoB for Ub Attack timer either, but if you want to get infinite Crystal Power, you can do the No Rebirth Crystal Power challenge and use Soren's AoB for Crystal Factory on page 22, huge thanks to him for finding them, you can leave the auto clicker on overnight on upgrade all, and you should be able to sacrifice enough crystals each day for around 500-600k Crystal Power, I'm at 1.1m a day so far. Just be wary that once you sacrifice the crystal the challenge ends and the modules won't cost 500 energy to upgrade all anymore.

Changing the training levels doesn't affect your actual physical/mystic afaik, but it means you can unlock might without having to wait 95 minutes as well as getting all the achievements

For speeding them up? Nope. Hard to find because I can't pause them to scan for unchanged value

Creating a table requires some level of coding, I've been looking through Dakilla's table from February 2022, and from the looks of it he has 2 AoB lines, one is the normal looking AoB code and the next one is the 90 90 90 AoB code.

You search for the 1st line in Cheat Engine using value type "Array of Byte", then change it to the 2nd line. Sometimes there will be 2 or 3 results so you'll need to check which one is the correct one. For creation bar there are usually 2, the right one will usually have an address that's closer in number to the addresses of the other 'bar' AoBs.

And note that some addresses won't show up if you haven't done the thing in game that executes the AoB instruction (for example the Might Bar address won't show up unless you've already unlocked the Might tab)
