There is a bug when "no hurt" is enabled, where if the character is able to fly, they will become invisible - charge bars, etc are invisible too.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

What I tested that doesn't work on Isaac 1.7.9C:
-Freeze Time
-Reveal map crashes the game.
-Debug mode.
-The "Floor" tab doesn't even open.
-"Bonus stuff, the same as the "Floor".
What I find useful and tried to use are these, But there might be much more.

I believe within the game folder is a txt file with the version number.

If "b" is the latest version, then everything listed here is not working...
On Steam DB, there are three more versions listed after 1.7.9b that did not receive proper patch notes and did not modify the changelog.txt file, but the build numbers are different.
