The table works for me except for the "Cheat Scripts" section.
I can only activate "No Supply Cap", the rest of the options when pressed do not activate. Current Steam version without DLC. What could be the problem?

Does the version match? v54 works with 1.7.1. Are you beta branches? Are you using other cheat engine tables? Are you using CE 7.4 or higher?
I have cheat engine 7.4.1 and basic CK3 without DLC and beta options. I downloaded "ck3_1.7.0p1_figment_v54.ct" and i use only this table.
Should have confirmed if it is Steam as well. Will assume so and say that I'm sorry don't know why the table doesn't activate for you. If you right click on the line it will sort of give the reason but its usually because it couldn't find the code. Generally the reason why the code isn't found is because its a different binary that what was tested on.

Of course, I use Steam version.
After activated, right click on script i have information (fe.: fast movement):
Error in line 26 (mov r14, [pRootCharacter]) This instruction can't be compiled
I just tried this in a new Ironman game, and I have no problems enabling the fast movement, and my army moves a barony per day. I only have about 10 QoL mods though, so if you have many mods, or big mods, that might mess with some things.
It could also be an issue if you are running multiple tables at once that one of the tables uses the same place to hook into the game, and thus can't find the place it is looking for to enable.
