Here's a more grammatically correct and factually correct description for the Damage Hack:
The following attacks will be affected by the Damage Hack:
• For most of these characters to be affected by either Damage Hack cheat, you must switch teams after activating the cheat at least once
• If you are protected by a shield while the Damage Hack is active, your damage will be cut by 90%
• Raiden's Burst and Burst state sword attacks
• Diluc's Burst
• The flames released by Thoma's Burst state
• Mona's Charge Attack (will fully deplete your Stamina)
• Hu Tao's Charge Attack (requires her Elemental Skill's bloom)
• Amber's Elemental Skill and Burst
• Eula's Burst (once her Lightfall Sword appears)
• Eula and Lisa's Bursts' combined Elemental Reaction
• Shenhe's Elemental Skill (tapped version only)
• Bennett's Burst (both the initial attack and anyone affected by his buff)
• Ayato's Elemental Skill stance's slash attacks (but not the water clone nor its explosion)
• Gorou's Burst, both the initial attack and the subsequent attacks over time
• The final attack of Anemo and Electro Traveler's Auto Attack string if it is imbued with elemental energy due to their 1st Ascension Passive
• The 2nd hit of Anemo Traveler's Elemental Skill (must be held) when successfully Swirling an element
The Stats Multiplier cheat is currently not working. It does not work with Bennett, Hu Tao, Raiden Shogun or Ayato.
(Note: I don't personally have any 5-stars besides Diluc, Jean, Mona, Ganyu, Zhongli, Venti, Ayato, Raiden Shogun and Kokomi, so those are the only 5-stars I've personally tested out, plus the ones available during the Hyakunin Ikki Event (Ayaka, Yoimiya, Kazuha, Itto, Razor). I've left the Hu Tao mentions in because I assume they still work bu I can't personally guarantee it. I have tested all 4-stars now since I pulled Chongyun on my alt. I have removed Diona and Noelle from the list because they no longer work with these cheats. Neither does Thoma's Elemental Skill shield. In fact, Shields do the opposite, they cut your damage by 90%. I removed Ayato and Raiden Shogun from the list of characters whose stances are affected by the Stats Multiplier cheat because they aren't. I can only confirm that it works with Bennett as I don't have Hutao.)
