1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

This is strange. Is your god mode still working? Perhaps you didn't run the Cheat Engine as svchost?

Q Cooldown means you dont have to wait until the gauge is fully charged
but still... the timer remains like @salem said.

Sorry, unfortunately not. I first started using Cheat Engine at the end of last year.
I don't have enough knowledge and experience to do something so grandiose.

Not everyone understands how to change the script.
You can copy them from this file to your cheat table.

But is it safe? Before the newest few updates, the game would only detect something was wrong and kick me out if I entered the Serenitea Pot or exited it with Cheat Engine running. Now it just randomly detects it when I fast travel sometimes. I assume that if the game detects this error enough times someone might take a look at my account and maybe ban me.

Which options are you using? I have only ever gotten the error when returning to single player, never fast-traveling.

Pretty much anything.
