Just took a look into the game, if I get it right at least the original version from steam does not offer a real offline-mode.
The only thing I saw was the possibility to set the game to "private".

Started with the DNA value, found 24 Addresses but none of them is the real value. Seems the "real" value comes from the server

Thanks but sadly both options in the table crash the game

Update: After resetting Cheat Engine everything but the DNA thing works. However i have to enable them all in order to work via CTRL+1 otherwise the will not. As for DNA you get 888.888 units but the game still recognizes the real number.
