This game needs quite a while to go before it works as intended, the cutscenes bug out even as the audio works fine.

Still, I played enough to confirm that the budget is in Double. Will play again when/if someone manages to make a free movement cheat.

cant do pointers but basically actions points are 4 byte budget is double and so inteligence minister appoitment timer is 8 byte.
I would love if somebody could hack workers, since they are propably adjusted from population or something.

workers are 4 bytes but its not avalible workers but total workers and i was only able to find them in save files, thankfully game doesnt change adress without quiting so if you go into main menu it stays the same so i was able to get value for one of provinces and freeze it but it will be really inpractical without pointers. We genuinely need someone who knows how to deal with pointers to make worker pointer for all 5 of the individual provinces Common BFU can hack money etc but this whole thing is hard to hack because the workers arent displayed.

Okay you can do it this way go to main menu edit save via hexeditor search for workers set all five to same value save. quit hex editor click continue game scan for the value you set workers in hexeditor to in 4byte click next turn, workers values will reset, start hexeditor again edit save again and this time just search for workers and scan for the value it changed to in save file you should get one value add it to adress list, change and freeze, then undo scan then search for next workers value in save until you got all five, you will need to do this everytime you quit game to desktop

ministeriar favors are 8bytes as well. in general somebody really needs to do pointers for workers, other than that most of the stuff can be found by simple scanning.

you dont need budget slider money is simple double byte with the exact value.

the only thing that can screw you up is workers since it only shows avalible workers but game operates based on total workers, and it has separate adress and value for each province, if somebody does pointer for that then rest of it can be solved by simple scanning, just ask me what you cant find and i will help.
