Last 1 month ago, I use -3 and sometimes -5, because if use freeze all, NPC at town won't move at all.

Most of the time -3, if in domain/abyss -7 or even freeze all (<- more often)

close or turn off any antivirus or "anti cheat" from any game. in my case its riot vanguard (from valorant) that block csrss to pop up

i dont have valorant installed or any other game anti cheat on or installed, and my anti virus is off but nothing still pops up after "open trainer"
