Give resources, force certain victory conditions, complete quests, and my personal favorite: unlock any achievement

To unlock the remaining 315, you have to change the values below, like for example the number of turns played and then click apply, there are ones that are pretty obvious which achievements they unlock but for others, they are not. What I did is that I ended up with still some achievements locked after I changed a lot of values so I just changed the remaining "0" values to "100" and then I got the rest of the achievements

Realised I never gave feedback on this.

Works great for unlocking achievements.
Just when unlocking them just copy & paste a value of like '999999' into the boxes below for the rest of the achievements, at least that's what I did.

Can confirm this is working as described in OP. Here is what I learnt:

-You can use Windows Sound Mixer to mute the game.
-Any firewall issues run the DL as administrator depending on how you have your PC setup. Then Shift + F1 in the game window.
-Any issues with achievements not unlocking usually required me to do a system reboot. Simply closing the game didn't work, I had to do a restart each time this happened. This only really happened after leaving it open for a few hrs
-Sometimes clicking the achievement in the upper window without setting the value in the lower window will not unlock the achievement.

-Most of the achievements are pretty easy to find. Here is a full list if you need a specific one:
