I'm getting an error with your table just a little into Upina's story. It says there's an error scanning for AOB's: PSX_EnemyChar Error: not all results found and I can't access the table at all.
And yeah sadly the stats are read only. Maybe you could try to find the address that writes to those read only addresses?
Also any chance for fast/easy triggers of "glimmers"(discovering techniques) or fast/easy trigger of level up to skills when the battle ends?(because that's when they trigger/happen).
Anyhow, the options you have so far, are more than enough. Thanks
The Shitrow crack is faulty, that's what's causing the loading errors after battle. The igg one works fine. I really wish Square would just publish games like this via GOG, too.
Saga Scarlett Grace Ambitions runs perfectly fine with a proper (generic) steam emulator, being forced to play it semi-online due to Steam DRM just doesn't sit well with me, so even if you'd be willing to buy it, which I am, you'd need such an emulator if you don't agree to the bullshit Steam lets you jump through.
That is, if you're able to sign up to Steam to begin with.
Which for new customers, or ones who tossed their old accounts due to non-usage for over a decade. is crap.
Anyhow, thanks for the table.
And again, the stock game runs perfectly fine, a few bugs, namely some minor questlines which may not be completable if you go by a very specific route (happened to me once), but nothing as lethal like a consistent loading bug of doom as is due to a faulty crack.
As for quest bugs, those can be sidestepped by saving and loading, nowhere near as bad as what Skyrim/Oblivion or any other recent Western RPG makes you go through if you care for 100% completed quests or similar.
In fact, Saga, despite running on abominable Unity, does _NOT_ eat 100% cpu and GPU like so many other unity crapware games, nor does it need 20gb of ram. In my opinion this game is what Square should produce more of, not that abominable mess FF7's remake will turn out to be. They still have some talented brilliant game devs left, I just wish we'd see their games more often.
Does anyone know if there are codes to add a character to the recruited roster? I've always wanted to add some of the harder to get characters to scenarios that normally cant recruit them. Like adding Patricia or Elised to Taria's party or giving someone besides Urpina Sasha as a team member. I have to figure it is a matter of a 0 or 1 flag for recruitment? So far ive only experimented and managed to change a recruited character to look like someone else but it doesn't stick when you save and reload.
