LOOT, LOOT, LOOT POINTERS AND GEAR ID's...!!
...if that's even possible.

Perhaps even better, would be a "damage scaling removed" script -- à la the one for Injustice (1), that can be found here: viewtopic.php?t=3396

Damage scaling has to be the cancer of all combo-heavy fighting games -- and to play without this casual era plateauing mechanic, would be dreamy! :P

How can i increase the number of my Mother Boxes?
Or they are server side?

Also tried to change money amount, but after changing i had 0 money, so i think they are server side.

^ They likely are, given the "Multiverse" option is only in active while online.

However, at fearlessrevolution, there are trainers already available, with "Easy Mother Boxes". So, it's obviously possible to manipulate the game, such that it either spits out more of the boxes -or- that their prices are much lower... I'm uncertain, though, as I don't have an account there and their trainers are always-online DRM protected.

EDIT: Deleted these posts as it's not a conversation I feel like having at the moment. Short version: yes, the mother boxes can be hacked, as can the in-game currency. The game is aggressively tamper-proofed, though, and will crash if Cheat Engine is running when it performs its regular checks.

Well, I guess we'll either need a proven, step-by-step method for applying CE (to avoid CTD's) -or- for the game's DRM to get cracked...

Either way, it might not matter a whole lot -- given that, as it stands, player-2 cannot use the acquired gear in offline versus mode (likely a user profile/s related issue due to the game being ported from consoles); making the gear pointlessly unfair, when only player-1 can use it. Even a level disparity between characters, alone, kills the balance to such an extent that it's like playing with a handicap option in effect!

However, the above bug may be addressed in future -- seeing as the game isn't even a complete product yet. So, trainers might be better held off until all coming updates are applied to the game...

Notwithstanding the obvious, content-related cheats, would it be possible to hack the game to allow for the use of progressed characters on both sides in the offline / local versus mode of the game? That is, essentially fixing the oversight by NRS, via CE...?

NRS seem to have 'forgotten' to implement the ability for both players to select a progressed / levelled character in offline versus play -- thus, rendering any one player's use of a progressed or geared-up char. (versus a vanilla one) utterly broken (*gear aside, even a few levels difference in XP between characters, creates a near SNK boss level disparity in character power, defence and HP -- resulting in a broken game / match-up).

So, loot or not loot, without being able to actually USE said loot (in particular, the extra special attacks that, for some asinine reason, unlock as the loot does), any 'unlocking' is a much of a muchness... Unless one wants to play online only, or course -- a frontier that's already dwindling on PC, by all accounts.

UPDATE:

LOL... I just found out that what I thought was an oversight, unique to the PC version of the game -- only player-1 being able to use progressed characters / profiles in offline versus play -- is in fact a feature, not a bug! Apparently this has been the case since launch, even on the console versions of the game...!

What a bunch of abject morons NRS are... What the hell is the point of the game's one, solitary shtick, separating it from the predecessor title it's cloned -- i.e., its progression / gear / loot / extra special attacks -- when it can effectively only be used in battles against the nauseatingly garbage CPU?? (NB: Online play is moot -- as that community dies in the arse faster the comrade Donald Trumpovic's Viagra effects after Melanoma disrobes; because progressed characters are only playable in "non ranked" matches {a mode most casual leaderboard hoes won't even touch}; and also because most won't even accept 'geared-up' character matches due to "muh balance" {...a valid stance to take, actually, seeing as how utterly broken level disparity makes the game.)

So, unless NRS see this as a problem (something that will depend wholly on community outcry -- something that's clearly not forthcoming from the easy-to-please console plebes who have been merrily mashing away at this half-baked game for over half a year) and not in fact some intrinsic and conscious design choice on the developer's part (...for, as we all well know that any hair-brained idiocy is possible, if not probable from this infamous developer), and they address an d fix the problem, it looks like the only way to enable profiles for both players offline, will be via a hack... if that's even ever possible, with all the DRM (Dirty Reviled Malignancy) malware the game is currently bursting at the seams with.

You can only have it running while the game does not save content. So, you can run it during a fight... but it will crash if the CE is hooked to it while the fight loads. You can search for values in the loot box menu, but it crashes if you try to change a value. It does not seem usable in the inventory menu at all.

Having said that, those are just my observation from limit testing. Someone over at the [Link] claims that they hacked 500 loot boxes... So, there might be a way to do; but perhaps only for more skill CE practitioners... Dunno.

It's very easy to accomplish if you put your brain to work. You only need the currently available cheats and autohotkey. I only did it once because I can't be bothered to sort out gear too often, but I got about 800 diamond boxes in 5 hours. Be warned though, it will take you a lot of time to sort out your gear since you need to compare gear and sell every 50-100 boxes or so, otherwise they go in your overflow pile and you lose the gear.
