Hi I'm trying to levelup my soldados to s++ and i search everywhere and i don't find anything
sooo can anyone help me with that ?

yes. Search "phantom Pain" and use the most recent table u see.
I think it has been a year or so since last update, but most of it works.
To get s++ dudes, it has always been buggy. .....BUT it works. I had the most success using the "REWARD EDITOR" Select an offline op, (one that completes QUICKLY) and add S++ and whatever else you need as the reward!
Read any thing posted and practice. (offline)
