heres what ive been able to do so far its just basic stuff inf money and tac points as well as inf upgrade items
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

if anyone can add things like inf move health or en it would be appreciated i tied the xp and hp but it was individualized between characters i dont know if you can do it as a whole but if anyone can do it just post it here

this table i got from forum 3dm, i using google translate, it have cheat max ExC point, it can use command twin move

all they need to really add is max xp or instal 99 and inf parts and hp

The Inf.EN, ammo, SP and ExC options crash the game. I might be wrong since I just reached Stage 2. Will edit when clearing the Hucky and Grungusto bonus stage.

idk how to say, my english bad, the guy post CE table manual edit 99 power part, i follow address edit and work
follow picture
red pen is begin address, whatever before is, just see money address read and find follow "***C8CAC"
blue pen just edit all to 63( 99 items), follow each same line, idk ending edit point, need more testing, careful

i was able to get everything to work fine i had to update cheat engine to newest ver to use inf ammo and the other ones your having problems with so i dunno

For Editing Character Skills
Press home and end to cycle through different slot after entering one character's skill screen.
You need to activate lua script first before using the table script
EDIT: there was a memory leak when disabling. Also fixed bug with not reseting the address base of indexed address on activation.
