Works fine for me. Are you running steam version with no mods? What OS are you running on? 7 or 10? What version of CE are you using?
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I'm able to access the player pointers, but the teleporter pointers are nonfunctional for me as well. Are you using the latest version of CE?

Make sure you tick the box and not the smaller +/- box next to it like in the image here [Link] - Also make sure you are using the 64bit version of CE.

I'm ticking the correct box!
I've ensured I'm on 64-bit CE, the latest update (7.0), and have ticked "[Enable Mono]"
I'm able to tick the Lunar Coins dropdown, the Player Pointer dropdown, but
not the Teleport Pointers dropdown

Huh, thats odd. The other scripts besides player/lunar pointers work for you as well? I'll be honest I don't know much about the finer details of cheats and CE. So I'm not sure what that error is or how to fix it.

I tried version 1.6 of the table and the item script worked in about 70% of the launches of the game while I was using CE6.8.1
And worked after updating to CE7 however after rebooting and having CE7 I could not get the item script to work at all.
I removed all my modded files from the game directory upon the skills 2.0 update so mods aren’t causing issues, also ty for updating the rest of the table so quickly

I figured the item script didnt work very well if at all. I messaged Pongozilla about it and havent yet heard a reply so its all when they decide to update it. Thanks for the info though.

Pongzilla's item script is a bit finicky, but I think I've mostly sussed it out. It'll activate for me when I do a fresh run, but if I close the tab for that scrip it hecks out when the next level starts, but if I leave it open the entire time it works fine. Note that once it hecks out, it stays hecked until I close the game and CE and restart both.
On the rest, I have the latest update of the game and the script and CE and it all (mostly) works fine, including the Teleporter pointers. The issue I run into though, and I have no idea what causes it, is sometimes the Red Imp Lord guy will turn completely invisible and be completely immortal and that essentially soft locks the run if he's the TP boss, because the TP never fully charges after that. The way to get around it is to leave the TP Instant Charge on all the time so bosses never spawn for the TP.

I have no idea what causes the red imp to turn invisible and become immortal. I don't think I've ever encountered that particular issue. Has the imp always behaved in that way at random or just after the skills 2.0 update? They changed around the stats so that monsters take advantage of any player stat changes like damage, movement speed, attack speed, etc. Unless those changes are changed via items, then it doesnt effect monsters. It could be conflicting with something though I'm not sure what.
I've gotten similar reports about Pongozila's script. I reached out to him for an update but its impossible to know when or if he will provide a proper update. If anyone else cares to update it, I doubt Pongo would care as long as credit remains intact.

Don't suppose it would be possible to add a script that adds some sort of glow to lootables? Maybe the kind of visual that goes on lootables outside the teleporter range, or the crystal beams during prismatic trials, or just the '?'s you get when you use a radar.

It's possible but I haven't done a whole lot with it. I'll look into it later on but no promises on it.

Perhaps a permanent radio scanner effect will do the trick?
