don't work on mac

i'm the owner of the mac operation system.
and also, i'm the owner of the cheat engine for mac os.
but cheat engine tables don't work here.
they work on windows.
why? how is it possible? what is the problem with all of this?
how should i fix it?

I'm sure posting about it on a forum will magically fix it...

The reason is they are completely different operating systems with different architecture. You need tables made specifically for Mac if you want them to work on mac.
