Final Fantasy IX PC XB1 Time Played Modifier

As many are aware FFIX in available on XBOX One and Play anywhere, I have been able to find the address for modifying the amount of points earned for the Chocobo Hot and Cold game to speed up getting Robe of lords early on but many hours and attempts have yielded me no success in modifying the amount of time spent playing the game. Yes I am going for the Excalibur 2 and would want it all to be done on one play through without rushing the story that I enjoy(12 hours is insane). I am still getting achievements on my xbox so I am assuming modifying the time would put me in a position to obtain the ultimate weapon and further achievements. I have attempted floats/doubles exact values in between values and no matter how many times I isolate hopefuls it makes no change when I modify the values. Would someone who has experience in this area of perhaps has had the same endeavor help me with this process. My skill level is nowhere near many of you on here but understand and follow direction well if any help can be provided. Thank you for your consideration.

I went ahead and bought this version of the game and will work on a table for it soon. I probably won't have much time tomorrow but after that it will be something to spend my time on.
