Yeah I'm not sure, seems they put in some sort of cheat detect that will just disable the achievements.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Whenever I try to add resource points the game crashes. I get to the point where you can click on the "resource points" box, then when clicked the game crashes. Anything I can do?

I would really need to know if i use cheat engine on official copy of the game bought on steam will i get banned?

You do not get banned, but you can also only use it against the computer. It does not work in multiplayer.

Also you can't get achievements when you use the table. I play the game with no cheats and i earn achievement like normal

Hi there i am unable to, click contracts on the trainer just to get upgrades quicker i am in season 4 and my car is terrible i lack engine power alot of it so i just wnna upgrade really fast buty i can't change my contract bonuses as it won't let me in the trainer

Gonna be difficult without debugging the entire executeable to find out where the anti-cheat check is done. I don't have that kind of time to do that extensive debugging "just" to enable achievements.
